盛博電子公司成立于2004年為香港昂立電子研究機構屬下企業，CHINASIMBA自成立以來已為全球30多個跨國企業提供產品研發設計服務和產品制造生產業務。公司在工業脈沖雷達、多普勒雷達、FMCW調頻波雷達、120GHz太赫茲、 3D雷達物位掃描儀、300GHz太赫茲位移傳感器、計量級磁致伸縮液位計等工業傳感器/物聯網測量技術領域，在研發/技術/產品上不斷推陳出新。盛博電子公司是工業雷達領域在測量技術行業的耕耘者、開發者和發布者。
2017年盛博電子將120GHz太赫茲雷達技術應用到工業自動化物位測量領域，在德國漢諾威發布全球第一臺120GHz雷達測量產品在全球范圍內產品大量推廣銷售。
2018年盛博電子與昂立電子研究機構合作為德國公司研發設計用于高速列車雷達測速技術，這項技術也為國內動車系統提供核心技術和模組的技術生產許可。
2019年盛博電子開始將300GHz太赫茲技術應用于血液檢查，醫療和煙草行業。

Our business history and reality CHINASIMBA Electronics Co., Ltd. was established in 2004 as a subsidiary of Hong Kong ANLYSUN Electronics Research Institute. Since its establishment, CHINASIMBA has provided product R&D and design services and product manufacturing services for more than 30 Global multinational companies around the world. The company is in the field of industrial sensor/Internet of Things measurement technology such as industrial pulse radar, Doppler radar, FMCW radar, 120GHz terahertz, 3D radar level scanner, 300GHz terahertz displacement sensor, metrology-grade magneto-strictive level gauge, etc. , constantly innovating in R&D/technology/products.
CHINASIMBA Electronics Co., Ltd. is a cultivator, developer and publisher of the measurement technology industry in the field of industrial radar. In 2017, CHINASIMBA applied 120GHz terahertz radar technology to the field of industrial automation level measurement, and released the world's first 120GHz radar measurement product in Hannover, Germany, which was widely promoted and sold worldwide.
In 2018, CHINASIMBA Electronics cooperated with ANLYSUN Electronics Research Institute to develop and design radar speed measurement technology for high-speed trains for German companies. This technology also provides technical production licenses for core technologies and modules for domestic EMU systems.
In 2019, CHINASIMBA began to apply 300GHz terahertz technology to the blood testing, medical and tobacco industries.
So far, CHINASIMBA has provided domestic and foreign industrial level sensor industries with radar core modules and related production technology licenses developed, designed and manufactured by CHINASIMBA. It occupies 60% of the product technology market in the industrial level industry.
